A series of paintings and drawings made in 2012 and 2013, as I was doing my Masters in Visual Art and New Media at the University Paris 8. Roaming around the Marais with my flatmate Claire and my lover Lia, sculpting the masks with my friend Veronique, I tried to capture something in between the ages and deep within us, all these masks we were wearing, or maybe the masks that made us emerge. Looking for identity in between all these faces, that are our own, or perhaps just a spirit passing through. Ghosts, old parisian appartments with dead lady clothes, silent movies and the 2010s.
